For a little over a week now my legs feel as though I have put them through a stressful work out, I have done no such thing. My arms (both of them) sometimes do the same thing but its not very often. My legs have done anything from feeling completely fine to my calf muscles ache (both will do this, not usually at the same time though) to the back of my thigh to having a pain at the back of the knee (almost all the trouble is happening on the back of the leg). I've even had a pain run down to the heel of my foot. I am trying to stay positive and thinking it is just from the seat of my car (as that seems to irritate it more) but then the arms will do the same thing for a minute or so and be fine. Feel like my muscles are easily worn out (when they never used to be). Worried Its something serious, I have a DR. appointment april 5th (easliest my dr. could see me) just to have everything checked out, really nervous though. I have been keeping a list of whats going on for when i get to see my dr and so far here is whats happened (some of these issues ive had for a while)
Legs hurt, sharp pain/dull muscle aches
Arms sometimes get sharp pain in the joint area
muscles easily worn out and/or feel sore/over stretched
Eyes sometimes feel like something backs the top of my vision go blurry (just one eye) and then I blink and it is ok
Neck sometimes gets sore on one or both sides during the middle of the day (I'm fine in the morning)
Somtimes feels like something sharp is caught in my throat/under my chin when i swallow (almost like a pop corn kernal or something).
April 5th cant get here soon enough...

Glad you made a dr's appt but keep in mind that much of this could be from anxiety.  Are you drinking enough water?  Coconut water is great for replenishing the body . I have felt a lot of what you have from time to time, and all of a sudden more and more starts to hurt. I have been convinced I have an autoimmune disorder, but then if I just leave it alone and forget about it, symptoms seem to disappear.  Good luck but try not to panic while you wait for your appt!

I am wondering if it is anxiety, I keep reading new people's posts saying how suddenly their symptoms have come on, alot of them I have had myself, after a stressful life event, well I had a ton of stress in january and thats when all of this started. I was at work and got a chilling text I never wanted to recieve "Your wife and daughter were in a severe wreck, the car is totaled, daughter is bleeding" So i immediately called them and called someone to come in so i could leave work (almost left the second i got the txt but then my dad called me and said they are ok, dont lose your job over this). long story short, my daughter is less than 2 years old, and they said she was bleeding in the face, i freaked. Luckly they just had bumps and bruises. After the trama of that night, next was dealing with the follow up appointments, the insurance for the car, the insurance for the injurys, and all those head aches, then trying to find a replacement car and waiting to settle on the car with the insurnace company and the rental and uggg, my head was spinning. not long after that my symptoms started developing and never went away just changed alittle.

Anxiety has often left me feeling like I've got 15 rounds with the champ, directly after running a marathon.  It can really, really do a number on you physically.  I will attest to that.

hi :),

I'm really not sure but i experaince a lot of similar pains to what your explaining due to panic attacks and anxiety due to stress. I didn't even no i was stressed until i spoke with my doctor. The pains often feel like stabbing pins and needles to me often through my legs and hands. I also tend to shake alot. It can often feel like Iv done a round at the gym when I havn't. However what your experiancing may not be anxiety it may be something complety different. But I hope you get everything sorted and try not to worry about your appointment. All the best for your appointment.

I have near constant leg cramps.  Nothing really relieves them for me but the first thing I always hear is "do you get enough potassium?"  Coconut water is a good source of it, as someone said.  And yes, anxiety and stress cause all kind of aches and pains, or worsen ones you already have.

A couple of days after the pain and cramps started I changed my diet alittle bit, cut out some of the unhealthy food, added a multivitamin that I used to take and increased my water and potassium intake, so far no change other than my calf isnt as sore.
