constipated during the day, diarrhea during the night

I´m stuck in a very bad cycle, for the last 16 days I havnt had a normal BM.   During the day I´m mostly constipated, I am bloated and burp a lot (the smell is awful).  As the day goes along I get more and more bloated.  In the evening I get so bloated and the stomach pain starts, I try to go to the bathroom but nothing happens.  When I finally go, its just water with some clumps of undigested food.  When I´ve been to the toilet once it continus throughout the night.  2-6 times every hour....watery explosive diarrhea!  The more I go the less bloated I get and in the mornings I feel fine. Then it starts all over again!    Sometimes It gets so bad in the evening that I have to through up, just to release the pressure!   I´ve lost a lot of weight during these 16 days.  during this time I´ve had low grade fever and now I´ve also got a sore throught and my fever has gone up!

I´ve been to my GP a HUNDRED times but she just dismisses me, because she knows abut my HA.   Yesterday she sent me to the phyciatrical ER.     

Has anyone expirienced something like this, and can I demand my doctor does something?    My husband is always the first one to call me a hydrocondrac but now he has seen how its been kately and he doesnt think this is an HA sistuation!   I feel so helpless!

So, your doctor knows you are going through this, but doesn't believe you? Or, does she feel this is anxiety causing the problem? Has your husband gone with you to the doctor? You have seen her multiple times about this problem? She hasn't offered any help with the diarrhea? She doesn't sound like a very good doctor if she is not treating a real issue. Have you considered finding a new doctor?

Have you thought about finding another doctor. My doctor knows I suffer from HA, but he is very good if he thinks there's a real problem and always listens to what I'm saying and never just dismisses me. As oregoncoastlady says maybe take your husband along with you to back you up if you don't want a new doctor
