I have shrills in my chest constantly like some one has just jumped out and scared me.  Sometimes they get so bad I can feel them in the legs and arms.  Feel weak all over.  I also am starting to get the shakes when excited like before sex.  Does have anyone have this type of symptoms and if so what are you doing about it.  Are you taking medication? etc.  If so what medication.  I am just trying to find someone with like symptoms and see what medication works for them.

Yeah, I sometimes wake up in the middle of the night like this, and it's usually accompanied by muscle twitching as well. I get it during the day occasionally, but it's usually very mild. My anxiety has ALWAYS been at it worst in the middle of the night, and it stinks waking up to that feeling. I am on a low dose of Zoloft, and it does seem to help. Xanax will knock it out too, but that's a short term fix.

I have the same feelings in my chest. Like my heart stops for a second. I was on Effexor but stopped taking it and now these palpitations are back. It is very scary.
