Bulging veins(?) either side of forehead

Amidst brain tumor worries at the moment (have had a CT scan and am waiting for the results). I've noticed what might be a bulging vein on the right side of my temple, and there's another less prominent one on my left side. Is this normal? I know that forehead veins aren't deadly (see Angelina Jolie) but I'm concerned that this is possibly linked to increased blood flow to the brain as a result of a tumor, or brain damage, or something sinisterly related to the brain?

Brain tumors and brain damage are too serious to be diagnosed with bulging veins. If you had either, you would be experiencing serious and severe other symptoms. Sometimes we don't realize bulging veins and when we do, we tend to freak out thinking they are new. Sometimes veins just look like that. Its not because of extra blood flow to feed a brain tumor. That almost sounds like a b-rated science fiction movie. Its not based on any reality.

I do have other symptoms - daily headaches/pressure and double vision. Regardless, thanks for the info. I'm not too worried about the veins, or whatever they are, I'm more concerned about the other stuff. Hopefully it'll get sorted soon.
