I'll start !  ;D

I woke up with terrible allergies on Sunday morning and felt bad and nerves were bad. I would very often just stay home all day and cancel plans. I DIDN'T! I took my son to soccer and ended up feeling great there so took him outside to fly a kite after and then to the park later!

MOST anxiety happens at the subconscious level.  JUST because you don't feel consciously anxious or had a day or two of calm doesn't mean your mind & body are relaxed.  It can take months of reduced anxiety before a body goes back to a more non-reactive state.

actually TODAY I feel crappy.  I'm catching my daughter's cold.   so I feel it in my throat and it is harder to breath... not much snot, just feels like my lungs or bronch tubes are thicker and letting less air..  plus all those crappy aches and pains.  sigh..

I was going to take my dog on a bike run but figured it would be too hard to breathe.  So I took her to a town park, it is a nature preserve.  I *may* try a bike around the block a bit later as the nature perserve walk was only a mile and half.   We'll see.....  we are expecting freezing rain and snow later this afternoon which will nix the biking.....

what I like to do is window shop and do some baking.  I've made two cakes in less than a week.  I allow myself a piece the first night, then let the fam eat the rest.  :angel-smiley-006:

I had a terrible dizzy spell yesterday morning. Instead of letting it lay me out all day, I took a 30 minute walk and then went grocery shopping. Still didn't feel great but was glad I pushed myself to get out of the house.

Thanks for posting this, it's nice to take a moment to think about something positive!
