Inside My Head

I have battled with major depressive disorder for over half of my life.  Within the last 2-3 years, symptoms of other mental health issues have began to arise.  Mania, delusions, psychosis, suicidal thoughts, panic, etc. have now joined the depression inside my head.  I'm scared.  I am currently in therapy, but not as often as I feel would benefit me due to overbooking.  I'm here looking for an outlet.  Someone to talk to, something to read.

Find the correct section of the forum that suits your condition and create a new topic on it. This is just a welcome section. Never really get the same amount of help in this section as you would on the other sections of the forums. So whatever one suits the questions you are asking. Get much better answers.
