Having Some Pain In My Left Hip

I'm only 20 years old, maybe I'm just being too panicky over something small.  Randomly today I felt a pain on the left side of my hip.  It feels like a bruise but there is nothing there that indicates it's bruised.  I did play basketball yesterday so it's possible I may have just strained myself or ran into something I don't remember doing.  Any ideas or should I be worried?  I have had a stress fracture in my lower back before, but I don't think that has anything to do with this pain I'm having right now.

Chill.  If you played basketball yesterday, that's almost certainly the culprit.  Give it a few days and it'll probably feel better as soon as you stop worrying.
