Been getting a lot of the Physical Manifestations.
« on: March 16, 2013, 05:27:08 PM »
Hey guys whatsup? Been posting on here occasionally seeing if i can relate to some ppl ..... anyway,lLately i've been getting a lot of physical symptoms... different parts of my body are in pain at different points of the day. My left arm felt like it was burning yesterday, and today my left arm feels fine and my right arm is getting that burning sensation. My back constantly has to be cracked and is really stiff all the time, and i get itchy skin and i often feel like im gonna throw up for no reason.

I'm only 19, and this all started for me about 5 months ago... been dealing. haven't gone to any psychiatrists or anything like that... and i just started exercising last week.

Now i got a question... do these physical manifestations go away with regular exercise, meds + meditation for some of you? Cause its getting quite annoying

We could have one of two things. You just began exercising. If you hadn't been exercising this could be the result of just starting up. Which means it will go away once you get more into the routine of the exercises you are doing.

Two. If it is anxiety related. When we are anxious we tense up. Once we manage to calm down our body relaxes. This can bring with it some forms of pain. You ever see a cat up on all four paws when it sees a dog? Fur spiked in the air. That is us when anxiety kicks in. We are on full guard. Once the anxiety passes we relax. Come back down. Our body has to adjust as well. It can cause pain. But that should go away as well after a while.
