Hang in there and just try and think of positive things throughout the day and stay distracted if you can. I know, its easier said than done. I have anxiety from the moment I wake up, but I take Xanax 3 times a day and it seems to help a lot. I can notice when the dose is starting to end and need another :)

One thing you might want to think about is how well are you sleeping? Maybe a standard sleep aid like tylenal PM to help you feel rested and less anxious in the morning. A bad start to the day and set the stage for the rest of the day. Good luck.

Im exactly like you except I've been dealing with constant anxiety going on 4 years now. I don't know what to do about it and honestly I've given up trying a long time ago. Like you said therapy doesn't work because I went to therapy myself. Xanax works but only for a little while. I have extreme symptoms all the time and it never lets up. I can only sympathize about what you're going through.

Yes, I feel exactly the same. In the day time I feel better, but the obsessive thoughts are still there.
When night time hits, the anxiety hits hard. :/

No symptoms as such to worry about, just my brain convincing me that I will die of a heart problem :(

I deal with the physical symptoms of anxiety all day long. There is usually at least one muscle on my body that aches. I tend to have a constant feeling of tightness in my throat. When I walk to work I always become aware of my breathing along the way, I guess thinking that I am not taking in enough air. Just to name a few...
