Pain in back of head

I've been getting this pain in my head all day today. it's not a headache it's just a sharp pain and sometimes it will reach to the top of my head. it makes me feel week and when I lay down I don't want to life my head up. on a scale of 1-10 it's probably a 4. I just feel very tired. I searched it on anxiety zone and saw a post of tension headaches. I believe that I do get them but I haven't actually been diagnosed with them. I'm just scared that it's a tumor cause its only in the back of my head. I'm scared to go to sleep
