really need some advice... help please!!

Okay so im a hypo but i do have a real problem... i need some advice please....

I have had a tooth in the back bothering me for months but dont have ins or the money to have it pulled. As time went on pain started to become an all the time  thing so two weeks ago my hubby tells me go In and see how much it will cost to have removed, around this time i also noticed a small hole on my gum near the bad tooth. I go in they do x ray and yes needs to come out and gives me price of 300 bucks (i dont have it all so have to wait) i also ask about this small hole, she says they can form to drain infection and looks at it. She says it looks like its from eating something hard. Well its been a little over two weeks and its still there but still no pain. Okay so i now have all the money to get it pulled and just in time cause i fear its now infected. I have been having a nasty taste in my mouth on that side all day today and its making my tummy feel sick, my throat is starting to hurt also. I have pain in my tooth but its mild and its not swollen (i dont think) but i now think that hole is what she said it could be because i looked it up and it matches. When i touch my tooth with my tongue theres a film over it and it kinda taste like that nasty taste in in my mouth. I called dentist made appointment for them to pull it 2marro at one. Im worried about infection.

I know bad teeth can cause serious issues and my hypo self wants to run to the er. Should i go to the er or will i likely be okay till my appointment 2marro?? Im worried bout a blood infection.. please help;(

Oh the hole is called an oral fistulia. Any advice will be appreciated please im really worried.

Anyone?? I am having panic attacks, i dont know what i should do. Im afraid and i do have a real medical problem but i also have health anxiety. I have never had an infected tooth before all this hole in my gum and i dont know what to do. Last year my sis in law almost died because of a tooth.

If your appointment is the next day, I would wait, unless the pain becomes unbearable.
