I have anxiety and new here.

Hi my name is Roberto and I have many anxiety disorders, some have been treated and some are still there.  I treat all of my anxiety disorders on my own without the help of doctors or psychiatrists pushing medicine on me.  I have found that eliminating toxins and being super healthy, as well as training my mind through meditation and "experiments" have helped me tremendously.  I am here to share some of my knowledge and to learn more from everyone here.  Thank You.

Find the correct section of the forum that suits your condition and create a new topic on it. This is just a welcome section. Never really get the same amount of help in this section as you would on the other sections of the forums. So whatever one suits the questions you are asking. Get much better answers.
