paranoid that my pain was gone today

I know this sounds crazy, but I have been with aches/pain/soreness for almost 2 months now, and this morning I awoke and my legs had zero pain.

I just don't think it is likely it would heal that quickly. It had been bugging me 24/7. I'm worried what if it paralyzed the nerve in my leg to where I wouldnt feel the pain? Nothing can just get healed overnight
