Feel like I'm going crazy

I've been feeling like I'm going or going to go insane. I'm afraid that I might hurt somebody and just lose my mind. I constantly feel unreal so it makes me question my own existence and sanity. Am I going crazy?

I notice you are a teenager, at the very minimum please share what you just typed with your parents. You need help right away if you feel this way.

I don't think about hurting people, I'm just sick of the derealization and it's making me feel crazy.
