Weird sound in ears

I keep getting these scary sound In my ears like sometimes a loud ring sounds some weird rumbling or something and then I feel dizzy and sometime I are weird spots in my vision like a blue spot or a white line just weird stuff in my hearing and vision. Does anyone else experience this?

I do have weird sounds in my ears when they're a bit plugged up. Someone on the forum described it as a dial tone, but sometimes it feels very high-pitched or rumbling when there's mucus running inside of it.

As for the vision issues, are you describing floaters?  Most people have them and they can look like anything from little discs to white or grey lines (straight or squiggly).  They seem to float up into your vision and then float down if you look straight ahead.  Is that what you mean, or something else?

Yea I see Spots an lines sometimes they're blue they look like stains in my vision

I hear loud pitched sounds or a humming sound. I also see bright white and purple spots

I see floaters in my right eye...they aren't blue, they're grayish black and stringy for the most part.  Some are circles.  I have heard of floaters being seen in different colors such as blue.  I also get intermittent ringing in one ear or the other.  A high pitched ringing, it lasts like 20 seconds or so then goes away...usually once a day.  I've summed it up to it being our nervous systems on overload from stress/anxiety and these are a couple of the ways it physically manifests.
