Hey there,
Been taking an SSRI for a number of weeks now and it is helping.I have been taking less anti- anxiety, tapering down due to the positive results from the SSRI

Does anyone have success with changing all the negative to Pakhtuns?
I find it hard ... Sister died suddenly last year, and prolonged stress triggered this I think
Early 40s.. Looking for work, small town not much success.
No husband, no money, no kids, living with my Mom currently.  No job.. Now add mental health issues Innever had before.. Anxiety and some depression..
I have something I am going to a specialist for.. Hoping that the physical will correct the balance in my system, and brain chemistry etc.

How do I think positively and have positive emotions????

UGHHHHH!

That was supposed to be hoe do I change all the negative thoughts and emotions to positive ones?

Has anyone noticed all the negative with anxiety/depression, and to have positive thoughts/emotions instead?

It is hard whe we believe the negative stuff and I guess it is based on "hopeless" instead if hopeful.

Thanks!

Hey, Happy. How's you today?

May I ask.. can you tell me something nice that you like about yourself? Anything really, doesn't have to be huge. Just one little thing like your eyes, or your sense of humour. Anything.

Interesting response.. Lol
I do think a lot of it is chemically based..
Anyway..  :winking0008:

Well..I never really did this before... But I will list some because you asked.  :winking0008:

I like that:
- I am really kind and considerate
-I am warm and friendly and I generally like people
- that I want to do well and succeed even though what I am dealing with currently is making it extremely difficult to achieve the kinds of things I want too.
- that I love my friend's and family
- that, although I know I need to lose weight, I am not bad looking... (hey, I am just being honest.. To boost my self esteem- as it seems that is what you are trying to help me do!)
- I have a good brain that needs to go back into balance..lol- that I have a good, smart, intelligent mind
- that I wouldn't hurt anyone or animals...
-that I would have a better sense of humor if I could get rid of the fears and depression..
-that I am generous and I like to give
-that I am affectionate
- that I accept people
Ok..
Is that good?
