Long qt and Azithromycin???
« on: March 13, 2013, 05:29:55 PM »
I heard today about Azithromycin's risk of long qt syndrome and I'm just curious. If I'd stopped taking the drug almost two days ago would be risk be gone by now? I've been faint feeling which I assumed was just from being sick but now my heart rate is much slower than it normally is. Around 64 or 66. I'm fairly calm right no thought and I guess I am used to taking my heart rate while I'm panicking. I've heard a slow heart rate can be a sign of long qt? I'm too tired to be panicking very badly about this at the moment but I'd still like to see what everyone thinks because I''m sure in the morning I'll be all worked up about it.
