headache ... neck ache

i cant tell if i have a headache neck ache jaw ache.....but its been all day....advil isnt helping it and i kind of feel nauseous....was at drntoday i have conjunctivits in my left eye and regular cold/ cough.....i keep thinking a brain tumor or something from cigarette smoking has set in and its the end

It could be TMJ.
When stressed out the muscles spasm in the neck and jaw and cause headaches.
