Songs About Anxiety

I was having a real hard time the other day when I heard a song on the radio that made me break down crying because it was exactly how I was feeling. It helped. I later found out that the song was inspired by the artist's own experience with anxiety and panic attacks.

Has anyone else ever had a moment like that? With a song that just inspires you, or that you can really relate to in regards to anxiety? Or do you know of any songs about anxiety in general? I'd really like to hear them, if only to get another person's take on anxiety.

Here Comes The Anxiety by the Wombats (: It's actually more about the anxiety he feels over a girl, which is totally different, but a lot of lyrics (particularly the chorus) really strike me as accurate for my panic attacks/ anxiety.

Someone else on the forums mentioned this song and I just love it. It really speaks to me and I had it playing on repeat the whole time I went out the last time I was overcoming agoraphobia.

The Remedy - Jason Mraz

Not 100% about panic problems, but it has "I won't worry my life away" throughout the song as well as other lyrics that make me feel lively and free. :)

It's a Kate Bush cover, but their song has so much more feeling than the original.
