So after fighting brain cancer, aneurysm, retina detachment, menière's disease and leukemia I'm now facing another issue alongside my near constant headpressure, eye floaters and ear ringing.
My feet are really cold most of the time, this is something I've been having for the past few years but I'm just now becoming more and more aware of it since my brain tumor scare.
I also have calves pain as well as left tibia pain from time to time, it's like a near constant pressure, my legs below my knees feel ''heavy'' even before I workout.
I'm fairly active, I weight lift 3 times a week and do 45 min of cardio each session and it's definitely not muscle soreness.

Can blood clots be causing my cold feet or just poor circulation? I know I've got poor circulation because when I stand up I sometimes get all dizzy and feel like I'll faint, my doctor suggested compression leggings but I declined except during my surgery last summer (inguinal hernia).
This is driving me crazy, I recently read an article about a 21 year old who died of bone cancer and now I'm slowly building up my symptoms around it...
Can someone help?
The calves pain is like a mild pressure sensation while the tibia pain is only on the left side.

Could be low in magnesium or even something as simple as being dehydrated.

I log every single thing I eat, the only deficency in my diet is b12 on days I do not eat animal protein and zinc (which I supplement).
I also drink 2 litres of water per day on average.

I'm curious - how do you know what you're deficient in?  Do you do regular testing?

I've checked for vitamin and mineral deficencies a while ago and I regularly have complete blood counts, thyroid, vit D etc and I make sure to get at least 100% of the RDA.

I have had a blood clot in my leg.
I had pain but my feet were not cold. In fact just the opposite. My leg was warm and red.
What could be causing this is plantar fasciitis which is the inflammation of the fascia on the bottom of your feet. It can refer pain to other locations.
There is also something called Raynaurds syndrom with regards to circulation.
