hello everyone - here's my first post

Hi everyone,

I'm a 25 years old guy, living in EUROPE, trying to make new friends from abroad that have same common 'feelings'. I did suffer from panic attacks a few years ago, used to control myself pretty well actually, just that i keep hoping everything will be just a simple memory and it will be gone forever. I am sure that most of the people from here do know what i am talking about and there is no need to say more about it. I will try to reply at other posts as much as i can so i can help others.

Find the correct section of the forum that suits your condition and create a new topic on it. This is just a welcome section. Never really get the same amount of help in this section as you would on the other sections of the forums. So whatever one suits the questions you are asking. Get much better answers.
