Hello everyone, wanted to introduce myself.

I am 34 years old and Ive had anxiety ever since my first panic attack 8 yrs. ago. I have been anxious in certain situations ever since the attack. I would love to give advice or get advice on dealing with anxiety. I feel knowing you're not alone is in itself a great help.

Never really get the same amount of help in this section as you would on the other sections of the forums. So whatever one suits the questions you are asking. Get much better answers.
