Anyone Struggling with Increased Anxiety Due To Time Change?
« on: March 11, 2013, 12:15:34 PM »
This morning was pretty rough for me, not usually a morning person anyway, but today was a bit worst.  Was wondering if maybe was because of the time change??

Thank you!!!!

Yep ....... increased anxiety here, too.  It's all about our circadian rhythm being thrown off.

I'm here with you.  The extra light is nice in the evenings, but I always feel off when the time changes.  Feeling off = anxiety.

I am totally there with you.
Part of anxiety comes about when you have not had enough sleep.
