New fear ! Can't sleep!

Recently I have been watching many interesting paranormal videos or ghost videos, my boyfriend told me it opens a portal for them to contact me so I'm like flipping out
Constantly looking behind me,
Thinking someone's watching me
Afraid to look in mirrors
I can't "sleep" facing away from the door
And just really intrusive thoughts, like I have to think the right thing or demons will get me. I'm tired of constantly dealing with this

Anyone else gone through this? Please say yes . Tired of feeling crazy

Yes! I know exactly how you feel. Whenever I see something disturbing or scary I end up developing a fear for it and its the only thing on my mind especially at night. I feel scared whenever I think about it. I try not to but it just keeps popping up. I feel as if I'm going bonkers from it. 

The only think I know that seems to work was talking to someone (well someone who's awake). That usually helps get my mind off. Or finding something funny.

I had to stop watching scary movies and paranormal stuff... I'm a scaredy cat to begin with.... then my mind wanders and I get intrusive thoughts... you're not alone!!! try some distraction... PM if ya need.

I am the same haha. I can't watch scary movies or I'll never get go sleep. What made it worse for me was a movie called the forth kind. Since them I'm off from any horror movie.

Its like that thing when your a kid you watch a scary movie and then when you go to bed your mind is convincing you there is some1 in the wardrobe or under the bed so you get ya dad up to check and guess what.....nothing. Nothing is ever there the fact your worrying about goin to bed even before you get there is not helpin! Try say a hour or so before you go to bed get a bath or go for a run walk the dog or go for a drive anything except sitting around worrying!.
