normal life over

After years of battling anxiety and depression.I give up,the pain everyday and worry have taken over i dont leave my bed often and the pain all over my body is way to much to handle anymore.

I never thought it could or would get this bad...
Is there a way back from all this pain in worry?Im not sure cause as i get older it just gets worse and worse.

Not sure how i havent killed myself yet,these last 5 years have all been bad and gotten worse.
I use to get a few months of releif those days are over
Scared of dying but want to 0473...makes no sence life is BS!

I really don't agree that your life is over. I would talk to your physician and see what they can
do for you in the pain arena. There are many good doctors who specialize in pain management.
You ar estill a young guy in his 30's. Wait until you get my age (56), then see how you feel.
There are many days where I don't feel that great, but I have to move forward I have no choice
and I am not ready to give up and either should you. Try to remember that quitting is not an option and
that if you really try, you can overcome these feeling that you have. The key is not to give up, and just remember
you can do it and get your life back on track.
