HA about daughter

My daughter is 14 months old and loves to put everything in her mouth. Last evening I had taken the trash out but a wad of paper towels must have fallen out. Well a couple if minutes ago my little girl must have found it and was carrying it around and before I could get to her to take it away she had put it in her mouth. I'm terrified she is now going to catch something, like a parasite or something! I don't know what was on the paper towels, but it didn't smell pleasant.
