Appendix or gas?

Hey guys this is my first post but I have been looking thought here for a while. I am new to anxiety and have only had it seriously for about a month. Last night before bed I started to get some discomfort in my stomach. I'm assuming its just constipation and gas but it has continued today. The main discomfort is in my lower right side right next to my hip bone. The pain isnt horrible just uncomfortable. And I get a little discomfort in the rest of my stomach also. I took  mirilax this mornin and also a gas x about lunch time and neither seem to do anything. I'm not running a tempature and I tried what it said online about pushin on the area and releasing real fast to see if there was a lot of pain when I release but I only get a bit more pain when I push not when I release. Please help. I'm pretty calm and trying not to let my anxiety take over and make me freak out.

No, it is not appendicitis. If it were, the pain would would not go away and would get progressively worse. In a short time, there'd be no doubt as to what was going on. It's not your appendix.
