Lavender Capsules

Has anyone tried Lasea capsules containing lavender oil? It is manufactured under the name Silexan and sold over-the-counter in Germany. It is approved there based on the finding that it is comparable in effect to low-dose Lorazepam. 

I don't know how to purchase it to give it a try. Is it legal to buy supplements from other countries that are not approved in the US?
