Finger twitching?

Anyone else have or have had finger twitching with your anxiety?

Oh yeah.... :bigsmile: About a month ago my left hand ring finger began twitching like a mad dog, but also twisting at the same time. It lasted about 12 hours, and was very "perplexing" to say the least. I still get it from time to time, but it's my thumb now....and only about 3-4 a day....single gentle twitch. Sometimes I can feel it when I am half asleep. The other night I was laying next to my wife holding her hand while we were sleeping, and her fingers were twitching. Of course me with HA inquired...are your fingers twitching? She was kinda half woke up and was like "huh? what? I don't know...shut up and go to sleep"
