The book that paved the way for me is Sam Obitz' book, Been There, Done That, Do this. It illustrates the use of the TEA (Thinking, Error, Analysis) Form and gives categories of Errors. For a while I wrote them on index cards and carried them around with me.
Now I am bent on turning negatives into positives. I see CBT as a reconditioning of the mind so we have to work at it all the time. Believe eating well, exercising, and meditating are part of it too. It has been of great help to me.
