« on: March 07, 2013, 10:06:28 PM »
Hi I am new here I'm 26 and from Milwaukee WI and I'm having symptoms that I think is anxiety and or hypocondria and was

:

wondering if anyone could help so ill get to it .... I've been healthy for an entire year with no sickness not even a cold when out of
nowhere I al of a sudden felt very light headed and very weak with balance issues almost with a state of euphoria and the next day I started getting pains that radiated through my arms and legs very minor pain but it freaked me out so I went to the er and they did sooooo many blood tests and took so much blood but everything turned out clear and my doctor said I might have been having a panic attack but he didn't know the pain went away but that didn't stop me from using the internet to freak myself out and now ill start trembling and obsessively searching and for some reason taking my temp 100 times a day and the pains in my arms and legs will come and go but only when I start to worry please help! Thanks. And I get shortness of breath and make myself yawn to catch it

Welcome to anxietyzone. Sometimes panic comes out of nowhere and when symptoms happen your mind goes out
of control, thinking the worst possible outcome. As you can see, your pains come when you are anxious, so you know
it is related to anxiety. This should show you that there is nothing physically wrong.

I get symptoms like this quite often, and believe they are 100% anxiety-induced. Do you have anything going on in your life right now that might have triggered your anxiety?

Thank you for replying and I'm sorry to hear you have to go through this as well but I am glad I'm not the only one and to answer your question yes there is a lot going on right now and I find myself  getting so agitated recently and sometimes even angry ... The other day I went to a store that was having a grand opening and there were so many people I freaked out and the pains started again and I got so light headed I had to sit down ugh this sucks  :sick0002:
