How do you deal with major stressors?

I'm normally pretty good in stressful situations, but here lately I have found my anxiety leads me down a path I have no business going down- the "what if" path. For example, I'm in grad school, it's the busiest season of the year for my job,  my sister's baby shower is this weekend, and next weekend we're hosting a HUGE sleepover that I just want to cancel, because, quite frankly, it has turned into a frat party with all the drinking and whatnot that people will be doing (no offense to fraternities/sororities please- I just meant we're wayyyy past that age when alcohol should be involved with dysfunctional people around- but that's another long story and I digress).

How do you deal with everyday stressors, and bigger stressors in life? I've tried meditation and yoga, and it doesn't seem to be helping. I feel like i'm on edge all the time, and at any moment I could break.  :spineyes: Thanks for any advice!

Grad school here too! I get panic attacks or severe anxiety,  that's how I deal! Lol ;) I just take it day by day and exercise! Eat healthy, stay away from stimulants. Pray. Deep breathing. Anything to get through. Good luck!
