after an ultrasound and blood test, my dr could not figure out why ive had these knee/leg problems (weakness, tenderness, soreness, spasms) for the last month. they have gotten so bad I can't even really walk or drive the car.
well, I have a physical therapy appointment tomorrow.

i'm really worried that what if it doesn't help...what if they can't figure out why and it just gets worse and worse. What would happen then? My dr is convinced it is a muscle issue and not anything else, but I am finding that hard to believe, because leg conditions get better with rest, healing, stretching, ice, heat. mine hasn't changed at all and I've tried everything.

what if it DOES work?

guess what though---if you are going into PT expecting or fearing it won't work, chances are it won't.

MOST anxiety happens at the subconscious level.  JUST because you don't feel consciously anxious or had a day or two of calm doesn't mean your mind & body are relaxed.  It can take months of reduced anxiety before a body goes back to a more non-reactive state.
