bottom lip twitching in the middle

I'm freaking out now that I might be making it worse.  My bottle lip has been twitching in the middle off and on for about an hour.  About 10X's total so far.  Somethings I read say it could be caffeine.  I had one cola and one iced tea today which is about average.  I've been thinking of brain tumors since hearing about Valerie Harper this morning.
