New feeling, anyone else gets this....
« on: March 06, 2013, 02:42:55 PM »
I have been feeling more anxious today than usual and getting some symptoms I've never gotten before. You know the feeling you get when you have a chill that runs over your body and make you shake briefly? Well I'm having that chill feeling in my legs but I'm not freezing cold and it's scaring me. I would sometimes get it in the head like my hair is standing up but this is in the legs and it's worrying me.

I have an appointment with a neuro on the 28th to address some issues and I'm currently looking for a new psychiatrist.

I get this feeling all the time too especially in my arms as well but especially in legs and on my scalp
Its like a weird rush of pins and needles. It's definitely a symptom of anxiety
The body does some strange things when we are very anxious!

I get that when I am nervous or anxious. I had it horribly last night. I shake like I am cold. I was shaking so bad last night someone else noticed.

Thanks sighnomore, I feel better to hear that, Im now on a kick something is neurologically wrong (no specific disease) but something is wrong. Especially when I get the feeling like I've OD'd on energy drinks.

I was just shaking like crazy and I knew it was anxiety and nothing more. It scares me so I understand your fear.

I get that, too.  Mostly in my hands and up the back of my head.  As a matter of fact I have it right now.  It has been a rough day with anxiety and panic surging. I think we can rest assured that it is a symptom of anxiety.

Be well.
