It's been awhile...

I haven't posted in a long time. I jus got really scared. I started feeling shaky and jittery. Then I had a sharp pain in my left breast. I freaked. I was about to fall asleep when it happened and it all made me get up and look for someone to talk to. Is this anxiety? The pain was scary. Please help. I feel nauseous now I could really use some help please. I immediately though heart attack... Some reassurance please...

Hmm I think I may know what you're talking about. Was it like a sharp pain when you took a breath? May sound hard to believe being so far up in your chest, but that's a gas pain. I get it too and sometimes it actually lasts for so long I have to hold my breath until I can breathe without pain again.

Thanks for posting... Yes I think it was gas.. The pain has been happening on and off since. Tonight heartburn and anxiety. Always seems like something is wrong. Thanks for ur thoughts.
