excessive saliva?!!!

I have excessive saliva for the past few weeks? The more I concentrate on it the more severe it is. I end up havibg to spit every 5 sexonds and by the time I do more saliva is produced. Freaking out! Does this happen to anyone?!?

I've had that happen before.   my dentist told me that I probably passed a salivary stone. very common thing, btw... nothing sinister about them.

i wouldn't be surprised you had one and now your anxiety has done the "uh oh" and allowed it to continue.  which is also a common occurence with anxiety.

Welcome to anxietyzone. I pretty much always have excess saliva as I have post nasal drip and
allergies.

I had that once for several days! The more I paid attention - the crazier it seemed. Somehow I was able not to freak out about it, and it went away. Or maybe I'm just not noticing it anymore
