Hi, I just joined as well. I have recently been treated for anxiety. It runs in my family and my doctor is monitoring me for the next couple months but from everything that I have read, and the medication that he is giving me, I know it is anxiety.

It is tough, but I just wrote a super long post on my introduction and what led to my anxiety and I think that could be a great way to start. My name is Vanessa if you need anything.
