Hi everyone, I'm new here. Over the last few month, I start to think I have anxiety problem. I never, or maybe once, had a full on panic attack as many people described. I've always been a nervous person who tend to sweat in many situation. I get incredibly anxious in dealing with certain social situations, and can't bring myself to do certain other things without feeling every nervous (like checking email, paying bills, etc). I go to a weekly group therapy session at my school's student service center, but I don't think I can't bring myself to tell anyone else about it.
So I really hope this forum can help me, and I'll do my best to help everyone here.
