Paranoid of pregnancy! Talk sense into me!!

Please talk some sense into me! My periods always come on time and the exact day they're supposed to start. Like my last period was my first period on my new pills, and I started on time and bled pretty heavy. Enough to fill tampons (TMI sorry!) but I got it in my head that these aren't periods. It's just spotting. I am very protected. I take my pills like directed, use condoms, spermicide, and pull out. No condoms have broken I know cause I check. But I get on google and I find symptoms and then I find that I have them. But No morning sickness or nausea and thats good cause that's a main sign but I find tiredness, montgomerys tubercles (which are brought out by tanning which I have recently started) and I think my bellys hard even though everyone says its not.  So just tell me your thoughts. And please don't say just not have sex cause that won't help me much. Thank you!

you were worried about this the other day.   you seem to be doing all you can to avoid pregnancy.  so I think you are just letting your anxious over thinking get the better of you.   having said that no protection is perfect.  i have a couple extra kids (that I love dealy) that showed up.

if you feel you must, pee on a stick...

but again I think your making much ado over nothing... it is your fear deciding here

MOST anxiety happens at the subconscious level.  JUST because you don't feel consciously anxious or had a day or two of calm doesn't mean your mind & body are relaxed.  It can take months of reduced anxiety before a body goes back to a more non-reactive state.

My thoughts are you are NOT pregnant. HA people tend to lean toward the "anything's possible" thought process. Yes, not having sex  is a sure way to not get pregnant, however, you seem to be taking every precaution imaginable to avoid pregnancy. Why not just do a home pregnancy test to ease your mind? Will that ease your mind though, or will you have to do five of them to believe it? Also...stop Googling!

what are you doing for your anxiety disorder?  what is workingf? what isn't?

I took a test yesterday and that would have been 22 days after the last time of intimacy and 2 days before my period

I took a test, if they approve it will you look at the image and reassure me there's only one line?

honey I think you'll be able to tell if it is one line or two.  or have your bf do that.

again THIS IS YOUR ANXIOUS OVER THINKING DOING ALL OF YOUR THINKING HERE.  And anxious over thinking is highly unreliable
