New to the site

Hello everyone.

I am new here and thought I would introduce myself. I am a 33 year old male, I live in Pittsburgh ( home of the Steelers ) I suffer from anxiety and panic since a young age. I have a bunch of phobias that limit me in almost every way possible. The worst one for me is my fear of medication

I pretty much lock myself in the house and dont really do anything to get better. I dont know where to start anymore? I would like to take medication but I am scared to even use a cream that is prescribed to me. I am scared to drive further than 20 minutes from home. I wont drive on turnpikes, Parkways, or big highways. I havent been on Vacation in years. I recently lost my job due to the inability of traveling.

I have 3 little girls that I adore and to be honest I am missing out on so much of their lives. I would love to be able to do more with them.

I play guitar in a rock band and it seems to be my release from my issues. Without music I dont know how I would cope with anything.
