symptoms lasting too long?
« on: March 01, 2013, 09:42:41 PM »
I saw someone mention on here that tremors weren't anything to worry about unless they lasted more than a couple weeks.  My fingers have been 'wagging' for over 3 weeks now.  Has anyone else had that happen for that long?  I must have a neurological disease.   :fragend005:  i still have my head jerk too.  So freaked out.. i dont understand how this crap just started all at once.

I am in the same boat pal, but 3 months long tremors here - aside from tons of other stuff in last 3 months as well. Still no answers from doc's and anxiety only keeps rising...Anyway, I don't think there is a "few weeks" rule. If you suffer from anxiety, I bet it can last way longer than that and still be just anxiety.

A few weeks in the life of a person with anxiety really isn't very long .... I've had weakness symptoms that have lasted over a year.

I believe you might be referring as I said something similar on a recent thread, though I did say it was still very likely to be anxiety? (Or maybe that's MY anxiety kicking in haha)Either way, I'm sure you're fine. Tremors can go on for months or years if your anxiety is bad enough. If you had a serious neurological issues there would be more than twitching/tremors.
