Kind of having a tumor and/blood clot fear today...

So, everyday is something new. Today I am noticing some tightness in my left calf. It almost feels flexed when I put weight on it or walk. I did do some stretches yesterday morning to relieve plantar fasciitis. I used my bed sheet to press the ball off my foot into and then pulled the sheet toward me...so that my toes were pointing toward my knee. The itty bitty logic left in my brain says the stretching caused it. Hypo brain says cancerous tumor! Or maybe a blood clot. Sheesh! No pain or weakness...just tightness. Anyone thinking more logically than me today? Anyone else ever experienced this sensation?

I do this a LOT. I KNOW what caused something but then my mind races. You do NOT have a tumor or blot clot. YOu would have terrible pain and other symptoms with either of those options. Example, blood clot you would have very red and hot to the touch skin.
