Some amazing things that helped calm my HA!!

I have had in a sense a new bout with my HA again. For awhile I could easily control it, and it didn't bother me much. For the past 4 months it has hit, and it has hit hard. I have found a few great therapies that have made a really big difference, and peace of mind.

First, I did found a specialist who does neurofeedback, which is similar to biofeedback. I had such a huge relief just after the first 30 minute visit. The down fall is that it's recommended to go twice a week, and for at least 10 visits. The purpose is to retrain the brain.

The second is applied kinsioloy. This is something I did back when my HA started 6 years ago. I pretty much can get to the root of my physical and emotional thoughts through Kinesiology.

Third, meditation is so important. The meditation i do just involves moving your energy down as if to ground yourself. If I can manage to do this as often as I can I can go almost a whole day feeling 70% better. It involves putting your attention on your feet, and pretending that you have 'root' growing down from them releasing your anxiety. It seems silly, but very effective.

I hope that this can help someone, or at least open up some ideas to others about what seems effective for other HA suffers.
