Two lumps on lower back

One is on the left side of my spine on my lower back and the other is opposite to it on the right side. They don't hurt but if I move them around too much they begin to make my lower back ache a bit. I am thinking a fatty benign tumor, but I want to see what you guys think. They aren't visible, and I have to apply some pressure to actually feel it. I thought stress knots but my girlfriend was unable to work them out.

Hopefully this isn't anything serious. Any help? Thanks!

Don't worry - I have them too! The reason I don't worry about them is because A) They are symmetrical on both sides of my spine and B) They move freely when I press around on them (which is a good sign!)

It's nothing! I -also- have them and have for years. I had some anxiety about them at first, but they haven't changed since.
