I have thyroid, adrenal and gluten issues i'm trying to sort out so do I believe anxiety has a physical aspect to it? YOU BET. Oh boy do i ever... Adrenals especially are known to cause anxiety. Panic attacks are the product of over reacting to the anxiety. I haven't had many panic attacks since i was in grade 12 and got the attacking anxiety program that that lady Lucinda Basset created. Seems once i knew exactly what i was having and why it stopped. But, the anxiety and fears still continued. Just not as severe until the last couple of years for me.

100%!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I went from two years of being stuck in my bed. Didn't leave the front door once...had almost 10 attacks a day for two years, to being out of the house (still struggling some days but I can do it) with finding out I had celiac disease and other food interolances (casein, corn, soy)...No med changes, no other changes. I am actually on LESS klonopin then I was when I was in my bed shaking so bad I was about to call an ambulance.

100% believe it is not as stress related as textbooks say. Its frustrating knowing this. I lived it.
