Burst blood vessels

My anxiety has been great for so long nek minute.......

I keep finding burst blood vessels all over my body, I am freaking out. There isn't a whole lot of them about 5 per arm and about the same on legs and chest but I am really worried that I have a problem with my vessels and I will end up with a massive bleed in my head.vmy arms and legs are all tingly but I think that's anxiety? I was having a bath last night and faked when one appeared on my chest.

I have very light skin so I see them easier, does anyone else get these?

My daughter gets these sometimes and she is also very fair-skinned. Her Dr. was not concerned, so I don't think it's anything serious. But you're wise to go get it checked out.
