anxiety is back!.....pancreatic cancer fears!

Hi everyone, last week i was freaking out because of my sinuses, today i am certain i have pancreatic cancer. Exactly 7 days ago i got the stomach bug with all of my family.  my stomach and abdomen are feeling weird and i have loose stools and i am convinced it is pancreatic.  i cant stand this again.

Your stomach is just not back to normal yet. I freaked out several months back because I got the stomach bug TWICE in 3 weeks, so I understand your fears. You know your anxiety will just make it worse, so just TRY not to think about it for a few days. I know, that's almost impossible for us.)

You had a stomach bug, it can take a while for your stomach to recover fully. It's not pancreatic cancer or you'd have other symptoms too.
