FREEKING OUT OVER WATER OVERDOSE!

I drank a 22 oz chocolate shake at 7:30 PM, I drank a 8 oz cup of water at 8:40 PM, and just drank another 8oz cup of water right now. I aslo before drinking the thing of water very recently got a pinch or two of salt and drank that too. freeking out over water overdose    , have headache possibly from no sleep yet  , home alone  , teen , anxiety kicking in .

To do a colonoscopy prep, you have to drink 8 ounces of water every 5-8 minutes until you've consumed over a GALLON of water... and doctors prescribe this to weakened, ill people as well as healthy, strong people. If it was a 2l bottle of soda, there wouldn't be the same level of suspicion, amirite? You didn't OD on water... 22 + 16 ounces of fluid in 3+ hours seems fine. Wait an hour and it'll work it's way through you just fine. Hope your headache goes away soon. Try to relax.
