i have been told i have panic disorder and i am really worried because i just had really bad crackling like pop rocks on the top of my head i was really worried so i googled it and it said all really bad stuff so know i think i have the worst medical problems im so scared my ears also pop everytime i swallow anyone think its anxiety related or have any suggestions

If your ears crack and pop when you swallow, it could be due to your eustachian tubes. Sometime they are blocked and cause this feeling.

Well first off, googling is counterproductive. Secondly, what did it even say you had?
